I work in the seam between strategy and the technical — doing each because I understand the other.
What astounds me is how deeply the two relate. A nuanced business distinction has to land downstream with equally nuanced technical precision — so the tightest outcomes come when vision and nitty-gritty are equal parts, held by the same hands.
Leadership doesn’t always treat the technical as strategy’s peer. In the era of AI, it must: the technical now shapes strategy as much as strategy shapes the technical. That flow used to run one way. It doesn’t anymore.
Work
I founded Internyl Consulting, and we transform business operations and create business products — custom internal apps, client portals, and dashboards for founders who’ve outgrown spreadsheets, typically delivered in 2–12 weeks. My passion is translating business owners’ strategic vision into technical execution.
I’m also the founder of OnTrackMoney, an app that helps families manage their spending more effectively.
